One of my biggest "why's" for rocking my health is to live Hunter's passion with him as I live mine. Like you, each week I'm slammed with commitments and work. Regardless of a tight schedule, I always make time for my health because I'm crystal clear on my "why's". On Tuesday night I played a couple of indoor soccer matches (which H came to) and last night H and I had an awesome keeper training session with our coach. Words cannot express the joy I have being 44 years old and able to train full throttle with my 12 year old son. Our bonding time and friendship is priceless. I share this because as adults and parents, we all know that life is busy. That being said, we also have a choice on how we spend our time.
