This is one of my favorite times of the year, it’s packed with food, family and festivities!
My message for you today is remember that Thanksgiving is just one day so enjoy it! One day has zero impact on your overall health goals.
SO on Thursday make sure to dive into some pumpkin pie, mashed potatoes, stuffing, bread with butter and of course lots of Turkey! Basically whatever your favorite Thanksgiving foods are, go for it!
